This is an extension of the water pumping model (with evaporation slider and a single pump).
It also has monitors tracking evaporation and water as well as a graph of amount of water in the system.
Extensions could include: adding an impermeable surface, adding water in the form of rain, transpiration, or changing the layers to horizontal.
