C2H4O2 + NaHCO3 = NaC2H3O2 + H2O + CO2.
Vinegar+Baking Soda=sodium acetate+water+carbon dioxide

Details: In here, the yellow turtles are the vinegar molecules, the white turtles are the baking soda molecules, the gray turtles are the sodium acetate molecules, and the light blue turtles are the water molecules. Vinegar can be seen in the "beaker" at the beginning. After adding the baking soda, the a chemical reaction happens between the two and sodium acetate water are formed. Lastly, after boiling the solution, the only thing left is a concentrated sodium acetate solution.
