Yellow square- Hypothalamus (release GnRH hormone)
Blue Triangle(inactive- Anterior Pituitary Gland( release LH and FSH hormones)
Blue sphere(inactive)- ovaries release estradiol
GnRH synthesis slider value- to slide the value can make it high or low range and LH and FSH will respond to the high or low values which will be seen in the graph.
High GnRH will cause the LH and FSH lines to not cycle and become unstable.
Low GnRH will allow the hormones LH and FSH to cycle.
