This is the base model for Opinion Dynamics. Each breed (red turtles and blue turtles) has two traits: count collisions with red, and count collisions with blue. When the number of collisions equals 8, the turtles check to see if they are in the minority, and if so, change colors. The base model should include data boxes and a graph.
